Signed up for a Wired subscription deal a while back just to try Amazon's magazine subscription. Digital and print – six months for $6, to expire in March 2014. So I set a reminder to make a decision on whether or not to renew around the beginning of March. It just auto renewed now. Now my subscription goes through March 2015, but is set to auto renew November 2014. That seems shady to me, so it made my decision on whether or not to ever use Amazon magazine subscriptions again.
I subscribed to Wired some time ago, directly from Wired, and didn't have this experience.
That's good to know. I guess it is Amazon's fault then.
